Daily Face Care Routine

Before I do anything to my face in the morning I wash it with just cold water,  It makes my skin feel soft and awake.

St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub Invigorating Removes dead skin cells leaving my skin super soft Buy Here I usually use this whilst I’m in the shower. I’ve used quite a few different scrubs but this one really if the best so far.

Clinique Dramatically Different Face Gel I used the gel as it’s water based, which I find is better for my oily skin Buy Here

Mac Mineralized Charged Water: Revitalising Energy For added moisture before applying primer and foundation Buy Here It’s also very refreshing.

Benefits ‘It’s Potent’ Eye Cream Buy Here It’s actually the best eye cream I’ve tried. It hydrates my under eye area and I find it helps my makeup sits better without caking. I apply this at night also.

Garnier Oil infused Micellar Water with cotton pads to remove makeup, including waterproof mascara Buy Here I use to use face wipes before I discovered this ‘oil infused’ water because I’ve never before found a cleanser that could shift waterproof mascara, I saw little point in doing my eyes with a wipe and face with a cleanser. This is a holy grail! It smells pretty good too.

Bodyshop Camomile Silky Cleansing Oil Buy Here I use with my Magnitone Barefaced Vibra-Sonic Facial Cleanse Brush Buy Here  You think you’ve cleaned your face properly with just cleansing water but after using a brush you realise you have so much left behind!

Bodyshop Vitamin E Hydrating Face Mist Adds a nice cooling mist to your face after cleansing. Also, add extra moisture Buy Here

I’m currently using L’Oreal Revitalift Filler Renew Night Cream Buy Here but I do switch it up sometimes. I really like it, it’s a rich thick cream that soaks into the skin throughout the night. My skin feels soft in the morning without residue or being greasy

Bodyshop Oils Of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil Buy Here  I Massage this into my skin after my night cream for an added boost. It’s a lightweight oil with a silky texture. It smells like a spa and feels so luxurious on the face. It may seem pricey at £28 for 30mls but it last ages as you only need a couple drops, as a little goes a long way. By morning it has absorbed into my skin leaving it hydrated and soft.

Always use a soft clean towel to dry your face using a patting motion. Rubbing it tugs at the delicate skin causing it damage.
