It really is ‘gorgeous bag, not enough hype’.
I have wanted to write a post on this bag that was featured in my October Favourites, but I really didn’t give it the praise and limelight it deserved. I’ve had this bag for almost a year now and is my go-to ‘smaller’ bag. It’s so versatile as it’s big enough for everyday essentials but also makes a perfect evening bag.
It’s so stylish, luxurious and amazing quality. It’s described as a ‘cross-body’ bag, but I find being so tall, the strap is a little too short for me to wear like that. I prefer to wear mine on my shoulder anyway as I think it looks so much nicer. It has a silver-toned hardware, but I’d say it’s more of a distressed silver, It has two main compartments with a zip pocket and a magnet fastening. It has a leather shoulder strap which I like as this bag is heavier than your average shoulder bag, so I think if it was all chain it may become uncomfortable over a long period of time.
The leather is a soft texture, yet it’s not the sort of leather that will scuff easily. The detailing on the stitching is so perfect, you know this bag will last you a lifetime, providing you give it the care and love it deserves. I have to say, this bag makes me so happy to own.
I can fit quite a lot in this bag, without it being stuffed in. Day to day I’d carry, an A5 notebook and pen, my iPhone 6 Plus, my very large purse (which is almost as big as the notebook!) Keys, Lipstick, Lipliner, Gum and hand sanitizer. I get frustrated with bags that you have to tip everything out to get to something! -Not with this bag.
This beaut is also still available to buy at Zara. It comes in a few different styles; something for everyone.
