Over the years I’ve built up quite a collection of perfumes but if I had to choose my top 5 that I wear the most, these would be it:
Giorgio Armani Sì
I had this in a 30ml and I went through it so quickly, so knew when I next went to Duty-Free I had to buy the 100ml. It’s one of those fragrances that makes you feel amazing and has a touch of class about it. It’s very strong so you don’t need a lot. It’s musky and fruity but with a lot of depth. It’s a gorgeous evening fragrance but I love wearing it day to day as well.
(Notes: Sicilian Bergamot, Mandarin Oil, Blackcurrant Nectar, Rose, Jasmine, Musk, Patchouli Oil, Blond Woods.
Chanel Chance Tendré
This fragrance is fruity yet has delicate floral notes. It smells expensive and oozes sophistication. It lasts well and is very distinctive. I prefer this for day time wear and especially in the warmer months.
(Notes: Grapefruit, Quince, Jasmine, Hyacinth, Musk, Iris, Cedar, Amber.
Emporio Armani She
This fragrance is musky but with the sweetness of vanilla, but by no means too sweet. I would say it a little masculine as well. I love the packaging, you can chuck it in your bag and don’t have to worry about it smashing. I love this one for the summer months most.
(Notes: Pineapple, Pear, Bergamot, Jasmine, Heliotrope, Tonka, Vanilla, Cedarwood, Musk.
Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb
The first time I smelt this fragrance I fell in love. It’s in a league of it own. It’s sweet, powdery and has the perfect amount of musk. It’s not overpowering but stays on the skin all day. I prefer this for everyday wear rather than evening/ night time. Out of all of these, this perfume is the one I reach for the more. Just a shame it has the largest price tag!
(Notes: Bergamot, Tea, Orange, Jasmine, Freesia, Orchid, Centiflora Rose, Patchouli.
Dolce & Gabbana 3 L’Imperatrice
This fragrance is like nothing I’ve smelt before. It’s so unique and if I smell it on anyone else, I know instantly. It’s very fruity, fresh and crisp. It’s one of the most long lasting fragrance I own and it makes me so happy when I wear it. I think this perfume is seriously under-rated. You can’t spray ‘too much’ of this perfume as it never gets overpowering. Its an all season perfume and is perfect for day or night.
(Notes: Rhubarb, Pink Pepper, Kiwi, Watermelon, Jasmine, Cyclamen, Sandalwood, Musk.
As you can tell, I’m into fruity, sweet and musky fragrances. I like light delicate floral notes but not overpowering ones!
Are any of these your favourite?
Have a wonderful day!
